Resistance Training

Monday: PR Push workout

Tuesday: PR Pull workout

Wednesday: PR Booty School

Thursday: PR Push Workout

Friday: PR Pull Workout

Saturday: Run the Rocks

Sunday: Active rest

Cardio:  30-90 minutes, 4-6 times per week depending on season


Sample daily nutrition plan:

Meal 1: 1/2c. oatmeal, 6 egg whites

Meal 2: protein shake + apple

Meal 3: Pre-workout: 4 oz chicken + ½ medium sweet potato

Meal 4: Post-workout: Protein shake

Meal 5: Green salad w/ 3-4 oz. ground turkey, tuna or chicken

Meal 6: 4oz salmon or lean steak, 8 asparagus spears or 1 cup broccoli
